They take so long to complete prescriptions!

Terrible average wait time of about 30 minutes every time only one person tending to customers what a joke. Just put now staff on at busy times. Still levels are also very poor. 0

Can this be more worst? No.. I Can always understand how people's attitude changes now a days due to the current crisis. But there should always be a care and passion towards another human being. And especially from a pharmacist. Such rude, unhelpful, and unhelpful behaviour? Cant beleive this is still tolerated by management. Three days in a row went up and down between surgery and this pharmacy to get medicines. So called "Pharmasits" on the counter only know to say "I don't know. Ask GP". They should shut this place down if they can't deliver medicines, which is the primary aim of this place. But more of it looks like its a place for the pharmacists to chill chat each other and enjoy...

Iv tried calling for 3 hours ingaged and when thay had my some prescription for 5 weeks and still have got it in fumming

They refused my purchase for 60 boxes of paracetamol. I need it to stay happy.
