        This guy continues to park in my disability bay in spite of not living here ,he has spent the weekend in my disability bay this is not the first time and I am sick of him , I am unable to use my bay at all ,this guy lives in Hatfield but I live in Stevenage, he probably has a girl friend up the road to me.

        I cannot comment on their paving ability but if its anything like their driving ability expected it be dangerous and Rude, expect to be treated with nothing but contempt. but maybe thats just if you are a cyclist.
