        After making an appointment for a contact lenses and having constant dddconversation about contact lenses during my appointment I was then given a prescription. The lady mumbled to her colleague and the the colleague start to show me glasses I then said it was contact lenses I needed and I get my prescription online. To cut a long story short she wasted my time and had no intention of the appointment being for contact lenses. Would never go again poor service and have nothing better to do than waste peoples time.

        Ive an eye test yesterday. The optician Mr. Vijay is very helpful. He explain so much things, suggestion and do the eye test very detailed! The experience in eye test was very satisfied! Highly recommended!

        Terrible service. Would have given minus stars if I could. Ordered glasses and when they arrived, despite ordering & paying for extra thin lenses they were so thick and numerous attempts to put it right. No comms, no contact. I had to do all the chasing and never an apology. AVOID I see you have responded What details would you like? You weee given numerous chances to remedy the situation without corresponding with me at all If you want to call me I am happy to listen
