My mate tried to get insurance on my bike and he got horrible costumer service

Absolute utter criminals, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Rude, unhelpful, outrageous cancellation charges. Cancelled a policy less than halfway through having paid in full. My return premium of 88.75 was exactly the sum that they kept as cancellation and admin fees!

Do not use they cancelled my policy with out me knowing, i had paid in full they didn't even offer me a refund. Altogether a rude company with a terrible customer service.

Cancelled my insurance and didn't give full refund of the remaining months. Rip off. Unprofessional. AVOID

After my experience with rampdale, I get the impression it is ran out of a shed in the woods, I had a policy with them back in 2014, I had to change my direct debit to a different account, I changed it but they never took the money from the new account and then unbelievably cancelled my insurance without me knowing, I rode ILLEAGALLY for 3 months and then I get a letter a year later saying they want 2 months insurance money, so I rang up arranged a new direct debit to settle the debt over 2 months, and then unknown to me they never took the money from my account again, 5 MONTHS LATER their new accountant (the old one was useless) emailed me saying I owe two months insurance and if I do not pay within a week they will contact a debt collection agency. They are so unprofessional, DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY.
