Ordered a take away pizza through dominos App and it took 1hr 30 minutes to reach our house . We phoned several times for an update but we just got told wait 5 more minutes. 5 minutes passed and no pizza. We then phoned again and it was the same response. Pizza eventually arrived and it was freezing cold. It was off putting. Wouldnt recommend ordering through their.

I would give 0 stars if I could, manager was rude, called me a liar, hung up on me several times, delivery driver comes sits outside drives off then calls me 2 minutes later comes back 20 mins later with cold food not even edible manager didnt care they even brought the wrong ice cream when I paid for the more expensive one driver just basically said tough. Honestly dominos has gone down hill and the service is shocking! Ill be making an official complaint and going to head office tomorrow. The manager refused to provide me with his name and kept talking over me and said he wouldnt give me a refund when I requested one due to food being inedible and order being wrong wont order from dominos ever again

The lady on the till was extremely rude.I assume She is the manager , It was the first time i went to the hatfield Dominos, Very bad attitude from the lady and was extremely rude. Dont even have the patience to explain the deals.
