WARNING, This garage just messed me about. Got quoted 210 to get fork seals done, price magically rose to 250 on the day. Please keep in mind I'd been quoted 270 for a complete rebuild from another garage. When the job was apparently finished Geoff didn't bother to change my dust caps because he'd ordered the wrong size, no mention of when I could get new ones on. Got the bike home, the leak was worse than before, so he either ruined the new seal, or put the wrong size on, most likely the latter considering the dust cap mistake. Said he'd help me, by bodging it with a sausage of blue paper towel wedged in.... Thanks. Claimed my fork stachions were worn, but my bikes just covered 21k.... After 4 days had passed, I called Geoff once a morning, for only three days, to politely check if the new seals were in as he'd offered to do the job properly, for free. On the third call, he had a hissy fit that I had the gall to check, we had an argument and he decided that he wasn't going to fix the problem he'd created and wasn't going to supply me with any form of refund. Needless to say I'm going via my bank for a refund. I've been without my only vehicle for a week now, and I've had to buy the parts to do the job myself because I'm 210 pounds out of pocket. The only favour he granted me was allowing me to pay 40 of the cost at a later date. The only wrong I've done is sworn at him, which is deserved after he's messed me about for an entire week over a simple job. UPDATE. I've found out after doing my own fork seals that he'd done absolutely nothing, the oil inside both of my forks was ancient, the fork seals were ancient and to top it off Geoff had smeared white grease inside my dust caps to try to stop the leak. What an absolute bodge job . Please don't go here, he will mess you around. I have attached a picture and a video as evidence. Shame on you Geoff that you'd think you could get this passed me, wonder how many others you've messed around......

Hi Geoff, sorry to give you one star which is for your personality only. I think you shouldnt touch motorbikes at all. The Honda pcx you couldnt fix for a week and said that the engine gone was fixed in half an hour yesterday. It turned out sparking plug issue. You said that no engine pressure and needs a new starter motor etc. I hired van two times and it costed a lot of money. Knowing all this and couldnt fix a simple issue, you still charged me 25. You even didnt accept 20. The guy who fixed the bike charged the same as you! Huge disappointment!

Geoff and his colleague are incredibly talented mechanics and kind people. I gave them my partners bike that I thought was ready for the scrap but Geoff fixed it better than I could have ever imagined and to make even better the price was incredibly fair,honset,transparent. After this amazing experience I thought its time to get my own bikes fuelling problem resolved as you can imagine Geoff had it running perfectly he advised me on items I needed and tried saving me money where he could absolutely 10/10 service. Geoff has an amazing work ethic and no issue is too big. His communication with me and partner was incredible. Im so happy I found this gem of a garage and have already got another one of my friends bikes coming to this garage which I know for sure will be returned in perfect working order. Geoff ur a fantastic man and Im glad to be a returning customer.
