        Had a phone consultation at 3.50pm after buying the PJs which didnt improve my sons eczema after wearing 24/7 and using the recommended creams for over a week, however at 4.12pm I received a text to say thank you for attending your consultation when no one contacted or rang me, despite telling them I would be attending the phone consultation moments before and waiting.

        Clothing not working. Eczema a lot worse and no one called when consultation was arranged. Called happy skin who said they would get someone to chase this up but still no response.

        It has its moments where it works but sometimes doesn't at all. The one thing is the sizing. I ordered two items in the same size, one was a vest which was good and the other was a sleepsuit which was massive. I think accurate sizing needs to be checked.
