        Very poor experience. Offered a 10% discount on a bag by the sales assistant. When I tried to take it back because the bag carry handle was not fit for purpose, I was told it was a sale item and therefore not refundable. Ensure you ask the sales assistants the terms and conditions of returns before spending hundreds on a useless bag. They werent forthcoming with their returns policy at the time, although told their head office otherwise.
