        If I could give 0 stars I would. The receptionist are extremely rude and act as though they run the place. Sabrina and Lorraine are the names of the staff that do not know how to act. Kindly fire them

        For the price you pay for this accommodation you would expect the amenities to actually work but no. For more than half the year now the vending machine services haven't been stocked up, there's always something wrong with the laundry service and I don't know who's bright idea it was to put a student accommodation right next to a hotel but don't even bother trying to book/use the karaoke, private dining or game room because the moment you breathe there is a noise complaint. Can't forget about them locking up the bins for everyone when a few people make a mess forcing everyone else to manage the tiny little box bins in our rooms. It's a shame though because the staff are lovely, but it definitely is not worth the price. You're better of commuting, even if you're from abroad.
