        I placed my order at 8:10pm its now 10:20 and my order still has not arrived, I only order two milkshakes, I phoned and he said the driver will be their in 10 minutes still no show, so I tried calling back 20 minutes and still no answer, appalling customer service, wouldnt not recommend to anyone and I will be going in their in the morning to confront them about my order and why it didnt not show up, oh and a refunded was not given

        Customer service is DISGUSTING. Staff are incredibly rude. Didnt even receive my Order!! Incapable of even delivering the order. Dont even deserve the one star.

        Wish I could put zero stars to be honest. Only ordered one milkshake and one dessert and it took nearly two hours to arrive. We tried calling the restaurant 10 times and no answer (I hardly think they were too busy on a Monday to be unable to answer)

        Ordered 2 milkshakes from here. The time was delayed more and more. After 1.5 hours I called the restaurant and they said the milkshakes would be with me in 10-15 mins. 30 minutes later it still wasnt here. I contacted Deliveroo who helped me get a refund. They said they ended up delivering it to the wrong house. All this aggravation for 2 milkshakes hahahaha DO NOT order from here.
