Five of us went to try on the suits I earmarked and saw the week before. All of us said that it was the easiest and quickest suit fitting we had ever done. Prices are good, service was great and I'll happily use Stag again for other occasions and clothing!

Great personal service. My grandsons first suit and Mike was very helpful. Slight problem with the inside of shoes he bought but hoping we can get a replacement. Photo of shoe after one wear. Still 5 star review though.

I would rate them 0 stars if I could! The most unprofessional and horrendous management possible. They have a zero return policy which they choose not to tell you about. Went to return a suit with a defect and was told no. Wasn't warned about their backward policy beforehand else I would have taken my service elsewhere.

Suit had a rip at the back and a missing button. When I asked to get a refund, I was told that they do not give refunds and that its not his problem. Refund policy should have been made clear before I bought the suit. Poor customer service and cheap quality suits.

I would give a 0* review if I could. Beyond disappointed with this shop. Clueless, disinterested and unorganised is how I'd describe them. We have spent over 2000 ordered 9 wedding suits for our wedding and at every stage they've been horrendous. We were originally getting married in July 2020 and the Owner had all of the measurements. After postponing our wedding for two years we went back in January to give new measurements. When the men were trying on the suits the staff were disengaged and took absolutely no pride in getting them a suit that fitted them properly. I wish at that point we'd gone to another shop. My financ then used their recommended tailor to alter his suit and his brothers. They managed to loose his brother's suit and then lie to him and say it was at the taliors. On the day of collection (3 weeks before our wedding) it turns out they'd never sent his brothers suit to the tailors. Luckily we had the foresight to avoid using their services for other alterations and took them to a local talior. Their service has been absolutely unforgivable. Anyone looking for a wedding party suit absolutely avoid this shop.
