I had an issue with my delivery, I spoke with many people who could not help with my enquiry and I become very agitated. Finally I got put through to Amira who assisted me without any hassle, she managed to sort my issues out within minutes. Thank you Amira!!! Royal Mail you need more staff like her!

best service i could have ever asked for. went in fuming that i didnt get my parcel and the manager that dealt with me had it redelivered on the same day and she even gave me a courtesy call to make sure i received it. 5 star service.

Failed to deliver even though four people were home. Didnt leave a calling card so couldnt collect it or call up to enquire about it. Arranged for it to be redelivered for two days later. Made sure someone was home. Got an email on that morning telling me I had to PAY for the redelivery and the link for it didnt even work. Then I got an email an hour later saying it would be delivered by 2pm. I left a note on my front door saying I was home with my mobile number. At 2pm I checked the tracking app and it said they were unable to deliver it again. No calling card. Absolutely useless. Id paid for next day delivery as well.
