        An absolute shambles from start to finish with Davies & Co. The communication on progress was poor and their ability to just try and help is non existent. You will need to expect to chase a lot and accept that you will be told what you want to hear as opposed to realistic and accurate information. I would steer clear as you risk paying out on fees for legal costs and be left finding a resolution for your lease needs.
