        Absolutely love going to Gymophobics. I go 3 times a week and really look forward to it. I have lost inches and gained strength in my arms and legs. People are really friendly, supportive and helpful and really encourage you. I would highly recommend joining. strength in my arms and kegs. People are really friendly

        So pleased I made the effort and joined up. Really appreciate that its ladies only. Fantastic staff and lots if help when you need it. And someone contacts you if you've not been for a while, just checking you're OK! The big plus so far is that I'm starting to get into good exercise habits. Can highly recommend.

        I can honestly say this gym has changed my life. Ive lost over 2 stone of weight whilst being a member here but more importantly I absolutely love it and look forward to coming. The staff and members are so lovely. Highly recommend.
