Stood there waiting in the quee while a scruffy member of staff that looked like hed gone through a hedge backwards was on a go slow then started chatting to a member of staff when they can clearly see Im waiting to be served and they continue to chat while looking at me while Im standing there in the quee waiting like a Pratt to be served only until I eventually have to say something the other guy opens another till and serves me !! This shop seems to only open up a second till when customers complain !. Bad customer service !!.
