Sofi who was a manager on a till I ask to try a north face jacket and she was so rude towards me and she denied me to try the jacket and when I was about to make a payment she told me that jd is not doing any discount she talk with me like she dont want to do a business and this sofi I recommend you that she is bad for your business and jd is losing the business because of sofi she was not only rude to me she talk with me and my friend that we are nothing you jd need to take action on this manager sofi and if they allow me to give zero star than Im happy to give zero star
