We chose Pentagon to repair our vehicle after it was damaged. Their customer service was spot on. Marc was incredibly helpful organising the logistics of our situation (that were not straight forward) and we collected our repaired car yesterday. It was so refreshing to deal with a company that has such a good level of customer service. We would happily use Pentagon again and highly recommend them to others. Bumper and wing 3K. Didnt feel very welcoming when I arrived and the short chubby man who come to look at the vehicle couldnt even introduce himself and hardly said a word apart from try to insist more damage would be found? Light scratchs and no crash impact! They only take on the work if the customer bends over for them. Try Auto whizz Welwyn they seem fair and honest. Looking at previous reviews they will claim no knowledge of this Service: Painting

Pentagon hatfield repaired my Audi a3 and I am really impressed with the results, my car looks amazing. They also fixed the back where there was some damage for me. Car was delivered back to my house in great condition. Also thank you for the chocolates and keyring it was a Kind gesture! Professional, prompt and friendly service. A relatively minor job but Stephen was quick to advise and give an estimate when I popped by and then schedule works in. Works done quickly and to a high standard. All the team were very helpful and friendly. I'd definitely use them again.
