I will give a star because I can't give 0, the Indian seller, is very unhelpful. My partner bought a ring for me, I went to exchange it the first time, says they can't exchange it, and after I said to her he paid the insurance. She was very aggressive and try to force me into a size difference I have. She didn't want to let me explain and show how I want. Guys before you buy something make sure. For not stress later. Have a lot of company and a place you can buy. Don't go to this store.

Worst store assistants Ive met by far. Bought a pair of earrings from this store, the lady was struggling to loosen the back from the stud and bent it without me noticing it. When I went to put them on for the first time the next week, I realised that she bent the back of the earring. I havent even touched the earrings at all as they was package for the whole weekend and I could hardly take the back of the earring off. So i decided to go back to the store and now a different lady was there. I explained the issue and she then accused me of wearing the earring because the gem didnt look too clear. So if thats the case shes either lying to me or theyre selling second hand jewellery? I said to her that I couldnt have worn it as i couldnt even take the back off the earring. Then she claimed I was lying and how she knows her product well and she knows that Ive worn it and she cant give me a new back or new pair of earrings. So I ended up leaving, I managed to get the back out of earrings after a few days and this is the first time ive worn the earrings. And now I cant even get it off due to it being bent. To sum this up, worst customer assistants ever who lie and destroy your jewellery that you purchase.
