        I ordered some cut pieces via their aluminium warehouse online portal. I was contacted by Simon (e-mail) as they didn't have the correct thickness in stock so I chose a slightly thinner product and also changed my cutting instruction. The lengths I wanted were achieved with a tolerance of +0.05mm/-0mm (!!!) and 0,1mm oversize which is excellent in my book and allowed me to just draw-file and polish the edges myself to get dead-on finished pieces. I'd have otherwise had to pay for machining services to get items manufactured with this sort of tolerance.

        Very disappointed! I came to the shop to see what to buy and they tell me : you need to buy online and whait 48hour to be colect when I see they have in stock and they can give straight away! Not recomand at all!

        Bought some anodised channel for collection. when i came to pick up i couldnt fit in van. They were happy to cut down for me. Very helpful staff, will use again.
