Dawn from SM2Communicate devised CWN's social media strategy to build awareness with our target audience, and drive an increase in membership from broader industry sectors. In line with the change in membership strategy, Dawn launched a new social media channel to grow awareness with a more diverse audience and enable the appeal of a 40+ year old brand to a younger and BAME audience. Dawn was also a key influencer around a recent recruitment campaign we ran to attract new committee members enabling a team to go from 2 to 10 after just 6 weeks. This team is now the first one in CWN history to have members from across the globe, extending its reach outside of London and the UK. As a result of all of this, we've seen membership numbers increase and our brand go from strength to strength.
