As most of the other reviews AVOID this company. I've been trying to resolve an issue with a franking machine for months and they simply aren't interested. They just want to be paid without providing a service.

This company is a disgrace. We the customers are expected to download invoices each month from their website and if you miss that they add a 25 late payment charge. It is impossible to send an email, a message is received stating your email was not accepted as it was not a reply to one of their emails. Letters reminding arrears are signed 'Collections Controller' the name is unintelligible. I have written to query an invoice and to close our account, it has not been acknowledged and it is impossible to speak to a person. They have established new rules of customer service by ignoring customers. I had to choose one star to send this but one star is much too high rating for them!

Without a doubt the most incompetent company i have had the displeasure of working with. Spend nearly 30 hours on the phone to try and resolve issues, and clearly do not have any communication between the different elements of the company. Avoid at all costs if you value your own time....

Hoping there was a no star option but had to give one star? Typical cold corporate. Business fell apart due to covid, (as our work is in the social care sector) and we were unable to trade. With no post required I contacted them hoping they would understand and collect the equipment. We were up to date with payments. Even after two long emails explaining the situation, they insisted we pay the full end to the year future fees and threatened to take us to court if we did not pay it. It wasn't that large an amount but if you have no income it all counts and paying our staff was our first priority. Totally insensitive customer service. Think carefully when choosing them -they don't care about their customers and are only interested in making money even when its nurses and carers.
