I used their online chat facility and spoke to David, who helped me make a no-fuss, completely transparent booking for the next day. No charge up front; instead a very clear invoice with a full breakdown on it. Sandy arrived on time; fitted the new lock with great efficiency; and we had a fantastic chat, too. Great people; excellent at what they do *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*
