Lexus Hatfield

I would just like to say how impressed I am with the way that everyone at Lexus in hatfield operates. As I am not very local to the dealership and I work all week I chose the collection service which was very reasonable. Throughout the day I was kept informed of the process and updated on the work carried out and work required by Dale Morton senior service advisor. Not having personally met Dale I could tell by our phone conversations that he knows his job and carries it out very professionally. My car arrived back in showroom condition and ready for another year of comfortable motoring. Thanks to all at Lexus Hatfield, Regards Steve Howard

Had great service from Dale Morton and his team at Lexus Hatfield recently. Dale Morton and his service team went out of their way to fix my SC430, my pride and joy car. It was returned to me in impeccable condition and is running fine and well again.

Dale at Lexus never lets me down. I needed an early car collection for my service and he arranged for it to be collected the night before. I have needed to call in about tiny problems with the car and I am always attended to with respect and care. The team at Lexus Hatfield is a large part of why I still have my old Lexus running. I'm waiting for a suitable replacement as I do not want to lose the security of the Service team at Lexus Hatfield.
