I've been coming here for over a decade (even when it was an actual van!!) And they have been somewhat reliable up until lately (about 5 to 6 months now) today one of my family members went to get this for dinner and came back absolutely appalled. We opened the box and inside our burgers was all of the salad that they had despite us ordering only certain peices of salad (bare in mind that this happened to 2 out of the 4 burgers that we ordered!). And this is all to blame on the terrible customer service. The owners are so rushed off of their feet that they do not listen to your actual order and just throw it in a box. Aswell as this the chips were soggy with too much oil and flavourless. Very disappointed.
