Yesterday I took my jaguar car in for service & once again Grange didn't let me down, why is it every time I take my car fort either a repair or service it comes back either not repaired or defective after the service. This time they reached a new high in bad service. first & this is the minor point they charged me for something they didn't do then there was the service job that apparently needed doing to my car now it's six years old, new brake hoses & brake fluid. One collecting the car I ended up with a car with seriously inferior brakes to the one I took in to them in the morning. It's gone back now and put right after I gave them my opinion of the service I continuously getting from them. All I can say if you take your car there beware.

Avoid I received a full refund however this is the complaint I lodged... I went to the Hatfield dealership to test drive and potentially buy a 2018 ipace HSE 1st edition and 20 mins in it started juddering and had a red light come on the dash with "restricted performance" and a tortoise symbol. We were then picked up and given another vehicle so that we could get back to the dealership; where Sergio said that they had resolved the issue. So we went for another test drive and the car was OK. I repeatedly asked for evidence that they performed a diagnostic however Sergio said that they can't offer it in paper form. Although I was very sceptical, I ended up buying the car the following day knowing that although I did not trust what he was saying , the car is under warranty and so Jaguar are duty bound to resolve any issues. On Tuesday evening the same shuddering issue happened again and so I took it upon myself to find out what the issue could be - I looked on TopIX website and discovered that the vehicle had an outstanding issue "H288" which had not been resolved - so ultimately the car should not have been sold to me and I should certainly not be ferrying my children to and from school. Furthermore the engineer found other fault codes P0C76.85 P0C76.85 P304E.A2 . P0071.00 - this further suggests that Sergio did not have the car go through a diagnostic as he had claimed. If these issues are not serious enough, there is more. I called Jaguar Assist on Tuesday morning as I needed help to charge the car. Upon calling them they said they couldn't help me as the car wasn't taxed and so they could not come out to deal with the issue. Obviously this caused me great stress and was a waste of my time. Furthermore, to add insult to injury Sergio said that he would personally deliver me a charge cable which never did happen - and upon me calling him the next day he spoke to me in the most appalling nonchalant manner ... and I am happy to provide a verbatim transcript should you require. This purchase has been a disaster in every sense and the worst (and most dangerous) buying experience I've ever had - and property aside, it's bizarrely for my most expensive purchase to date. So to this end I have been left with no option but to speak with Citizens Advice who advised to seek legal counsel for at the very least knowingly selling me a faulty untaxed vehicle and endangering the lives of not only me and my family but those of other road users.

Booked in for first service, free under an approved used deal, although bout at a different dealer. Also asked for some warranty work to be done. No courtesy cars so I will have to be wait but can live with that. Arrive to find I have to prove the free first service, but not questioned before I got there. Can't do the warranty work today, need to rebook it. Valeter goes off to lunch when car needs washing so it was half washed by someone else who really shouldn't have bothered. Two stars might be too generous. I won't be rushing back.....ever.

Avoid at all cost. This company insists on causing issues with everything. They want me to wait 3hrs for MOT that was booked (MOT while u wait)

If you've got time to waste to look at cars and watch TV definitely go here if you want to actually buy a car don't waste your time. I've been here on two separate occasions and both times not even come close to a conversation with a sales person. I spoke to the receptionist on arrival and to be fair to her she was the only one that came to check if anyone had been to see me yet after 20 mins of sitting there. I left in the end and went to Audi where I was seen in minutes
