        Simply the best hotel in Hatfield. Clean room,comfy bed,locating nearby university and galleria mall and within walking distance from the railway station. Breakfast was OK. Laundry service available but expensive. Gym available at university.

        * This hotel is immaculate. * Professional and friendly staff, who go above and beyond. * Very clean rooms with modern, high quality bathrooms. * Free parking on-site. *Outstanding restaurant serving food all day. *Luxurious hotel for an excellent price. * Highly recommend - a gem

        We stayed for 12 days at the hotel. At the time of booking we were so impressed and happy with the experience and quality of service Lisa provided. She helped us and went above and beyond to make sure we get the best room , thank YOU Lisa :) I gave 4 stars not 5 just because of the noise from outside the room. The staff room was close to our bedroom and in the mornings we woke up with noise coming from staff room and doors opening and shutting. Other than that, staff and room service all was excellent. Location is perfect,close to bus stops, mall etc.
