I was ordering sympathy flowers from the USA for friends that live in the Old Hatfield area. Theresa was so helpful and made it so easy. They were delivered when promised. My friends were delighted and Theresa even sent me photos of what was delivered which was so kind of her. Highly recommend!

I recently proposed to my now fiance & used Bradhams for two bouquets as part of the surprise proposal. Theresa was by far the most professional & enthusiastic person I dealt with while planning my proposal. Nothing was too much trouble and she recommended beautiful flowers to complement my vintage tea party idea. She even included two vintage style vases for the occasion. The flowers really did give the proposal the wow factor & they smelt amazing! I will not hesitate using Bradhams again in the future, as the service was second to none. I'm so impressed by this gorgeous new independent, boutique florist. Such a nice space! Theresa was so helpful in putting together a gorgeous bouquet for me. All I knew I wanted was some purple listiantus and eucalyptus and she advised me with great patience and pur together a harmonious, stylish bouquet with great colours and textures.
