        Usually get food here once a week, I won't be in future. The past few times I've ordered the food has arrived stone cold. On top of that today I just called to enquire about something I wanted to order, and halfway through my sentence the phone was put down on me and I was purposefully ignored on my second call back until much later when a different bloke answered the phone. I come here for hot food and good customer service, not attitude, laziness and general lack of customer care.

        Order took over 2 hours to arrive, when it finally did it had been clearly sat inside the plastic bag sweating for some time as all the food has gone soggy and cold, and not a complete order, shop was not interested in refunding. Now claiming money back through PayPal EDIT : in response to the owners reply, you didn't resolve anything. Your staff refused to refund, you ignored the complaint through PayPal resulting in a claim which PayPal upheld.
