Poor customer service. Spoke to Paresh on the phone and it sounded very promising. Was asked to text over what days/times I would like lessons and told pare Esh would get back to me. After texting another 2 times and trying to contact paresh by phone I am now going g with a different instructor. If the service is this unreliable while trying to get customers I dread to think how unreliable it would be once he already has my money. Shame as the other reviews sounded promising and paresh himself seemed lovely on the phone.

I really can't thank Paresh enough for getting my confidence up and making me pass the test after i failed in my first attempt (after taking a lot of classes from other instructor). I took only few classes from him but his way of teaching made me see my mistakes early and soon i started feeling confident enough to pass the test. I am heartiest thankful to him and i highly recommend him.

Honestly best driving instructor and I passed. Very cool lessons but well structured. Constant improvement weekly. The only driving instructor that is not in for just the money but to ensure that you pass. If you are in Hatfield and haven't got a licence. He his your guy. He would tell you am busy because he truly is but tell him you will wait and keep pestering him. You only want the best don't you? Trust me he his the best......
