Materials look great, helpful input on 'design' decisions, efficient back office services and a really helpful friendly (and tidy) team doing the installation. The Biggerstaff team replaced our wooden soffits and fascias with uPVC. The fitters were prompt, efficient and courteous at all times. Their level of workmanship was exceptional and they went above and beyond to ensure we got the perfect result. The price we paid was exactly what we were quoted. We would highly recommend them.

Two years ago we employed Biggerstaff Windows to replace all the wooden framed windows and doors of our house. It had taken us twenty years to pluck up the courage to do this as we have no proper lintels in the outside brickwork. But we needn't have worried as BW had it all under control. So impressed were we with the build quality and installation that we have recently used them again to provide the triple glazed windows and bi-fold doors in our new extension. Once again, excellent build quality and installation. This coupled with a friendly, helpful attitude from the whole BW team makes it easy for me to give them 5* and recommend them, without hesitation, to others.
