        I wish I could give 0 stars because I am very disgusted by their treatment of their patients. I called in to enquire nicely about a travel vaccination, and I also nicely asked them if the nurse is able to check my records to see which vaccination is safe, and the reply I got was "Check the records yourself, you should know what you have". When I went in-person the other day, I sent them an e-mail saying that I am trying to get a jab for the last 3 weeks, they tried to brutally verbally attack me in front of 2 other people. I literally stormed out of the place, all humiliated and confused. To anyone who is not well, don't come to this snake pit only to get your head bitten off. Go to the surgery just off Bishop's Rise. What's the point of having a university surgery anyway. It is not at all necessary.
