        Can never get through on phone, one day I had called 97 times and on another day the phone was ringing for 57 minutes then had the phone put down on me when do get through have a rude and unhelpful person telling you there is no appointments also have been in the surgery when they have been so rude to other elderly patients shocking! Dont receptionist feel like they can speak to people this way. Have to say the doctors are nice and do try to help you if you can actually get to them
