We'd paid our money, had our photo session, which went very well, and came back to pick our photo for framing. Since then they seem to have gone bust. And we're unlikely to see get hold of that lovely photo. Ever. So buyer beware.

I was contacted late last year asking if i could like a free photo session with a free 10x8" framed photograph. I had been there before so took the offer up. We went along, and had a photoshoot, and went back the following week and met Sam, one of the owners to go through the photos. As I have had a lot of photos done before, I was quite picky, and decided to just take my complimentary photo, and not purchase anymore images. I was told it would be ready in about six weeks. About three months later I realised no one had got back in touch with me, and gave them a call. I spoke with a girl, and she said the family had a breavement, which would explain the delay and they will investigate, and get Sam to call me. Sam did call me back and aplogized, and said he would find out what has happened and would call me back. I told him I completely understand with the timings, that it was a difficult time, and I look forward to getting my image in due course. I have never been called back. I have called dozens of times and emailed with no response. Its is now ten months since we came for out photoshoot. As a test, to see if I had the right number, I left a voicemail with a fake name asking about a photoshoot, and my phone was ringing off the hook! So I obviously have the right number, and they just do not want to honour their offer. Such a shame as I have been there before, and liked my image I chose. They must only honour the offer when you buy more images, which is not how it was initally sold to me. Since writing this review they have changed the name of Google to Pete's Photography, with an address in Hatfield! But if you look on a map, it is still showing in Witney....very strange! Someone want to disassociate themselves from my review it seems!
