They deserve 0 stars. I had to return some items and they picked them up to return them quickly but it all went downhill after that. They are useless on the phone making g promises they can not keep. Making me go around in circles. They finally delivered the items a month later. Absolutely useless. Do not use parcel force worldwide.

I texted back asking for parcel to be left with neighbour as we would be at a hospital appointment. They texted me saying the had attempted delivery at 1428. When we got home they hadn't left a card. Had not attempted delivery to a neighbour and was no evidence of them even being at my property on ring door bell. Now desperately trying to get parcel redelivered and receiving no help at all. '

if you want to have a delivery from that company. you need to wait 24 hours at home. they works terrible.
