        Ordered a simple "sew-on" house badge which cost 3 UKP. They charged 4.95 for delivery and still haven't dispatched after 4 days. That's the trouble with monopolies...they cheat because they can.

        I have an order which is still open as the item are not in stock and not available for another month. The advisor said she does not have authority to amend the order as I wanted to order another pair of trousers. She told me that I will have to place separate order and pay the postage costs again. Poor customer service
