Unfriendly staff with disgusting attitude, no help at all and when you go to collect your Hermes parcels they take ages to find someone to go pick it up from the back, a lot of the staff Ive seen talking on their phones whilst working and completely ignore you. Aside from that the shop has a wide variety of items and is mostly well stocked.
