I visited the store today to buy bread, bacon and eggs. I cant find any eggs in shops floor then I ask one member of staff where I can find any. She said they dont have any available in the store, just they are in the cage and she doesnt have time to finish the cage or help helping me. I said to her please I will take them from the cage because I need them my wife is 8 months pregnant and is no more shops around where I can buy them. Her answer was sorry I cant let you to touch the cage due to H&S and carried on with her shopping. Then when she was in behind of till scanning her shopping, I did said to her for shopping you have time, is a big queue please help clear this. She get angry and dont reply nothing, carry on with her shopping. Amazing service.Dont go there. As per you see in the picture, is no H&S no where in that store.

As most of the co -op , it lacks variety, shelves quite empty, staff leaves mess on the floor, not very nice

Would like to say Well Done To Birchwood Co op on their latest Employee. Not sure of his name but it was the Young Gent with the High Man Bun, whom was working late Thursday Evening 27th October. Such a delightful person with Awesome Customer Service Skills & Friendly, Outgoing Attitude. Such a breath of fresh air to see a Friendly Face behind the counter. 10/10 also shop is always well stocked & staff are mostly always friendly it Was nice to get a smile & my bags packed from the lovely new employee. :)
