When a place is open for business it means anything available in store is ready for sale. That's why employees enter stores like this at least 30 mins earlier to get things ready, such as papers, like in my case. Instead of a ready store, every morning when get there as first customer normally, papers are still packed, nobody even touched them. It's the part of my job to take the papers for someone in the morning, and if you are late, you are cutting my breakfast time, and you can believe I'm not so happy with that. This morning after three years of patience and silence I asked the guy, why he thinks it's acceptable to do this continuosly? He instead of saying at least sorry, started raising his voice and saying that he is allowed to arrive at opening time, and he served another customer who actually came in after me. Then instead of asking what papers I need (he know I go there for papers) he continued to unpack all papers without taking care of the ones I needed. Guy moves like a slow motion snail anyway. long story short, he refused to give me contact to the owner so I have to rant here. Horrible attitude, zero service skills. My advice if these individuals are lazy to wake up on time, they should apply for benefits. Many times it's 7:10 and they are not even present at the place. You are robbing my time and others.you can never correct that.
