        Georgina staff member of Citizens Advice in Hatfield is really kind. She listened actively to my enquiry and went forward with specific questions. She is been very helpful and detailed. Also delicate with my personal problems. I really appreciat her help. I am more then happy. As English is not my first language I believe you can request for a personal interpreter (translator).
