Terrible service! Booked my car in for a service and to install Full Link on the navigation system. I rang 2/3 times in the afternoon trying to find out when I could collect and was either left hanging on for the service department to pick up or waiting for a promised call back that never came. Eventually I got hold of someone who informed me I wouldn't be able to collect until 5pm. This was around 3.45pm. 10 minutes later I got a call telling me they were without a couple of parts and could not install the Full Link that day! This was a booked in job and they should have had the parts required. The fact they had my car nearly all day to do an oil change and then left it so late to let me know they could only do half the job was very frustrating to say the least. The customer service was very poor and I'm left disappointed at not having had this work done. So annoying as I now have to start again and find another garage to get this work done!
