I HATE buying cars. I personally find it a really stressful experience, where its a complete minefield of people trying to have you over and hiding expensive faults or damages or providing poor customer service. However by chance I discovered this little garage via some internet links and research on a particular model of car I was looking for. The first thing I noticed was their positive reviews and 5 star ratings. Had a look at the website and they seemed to have a good selection of decent used cars at a very fair price. So I made a call and arranged a viewing/test drive on the car I was after. Did the test drive on my own, a really nice element of trust. Allowed me to really to check it out for myself and do a decent road test on it. There was no salesman pushiness or waffling/baffling talk. If anything I had to think of questions to ask. But ultimately I was the one in control and it was all at my pace. No pressure at all. I was impressed. Car was faultless and exactly as advertised. So I arranged the purchase and collection a few days later. I havent looked back since. Over the moon! Absolutely the best experience of car buying Ive ever had. Ive got nothing but praise for this garage and its staff. Simon and Kevin and their team are brilliant. A really true small team running an independent garage that care about what they do and are proud of it. Please read the reviews. It says it all. Good garages are hard to come by, but this really is a little gem. Im that happy with my experience that even if I moved away from the area I would seriously consider travelling back to this place if I ever needed to buy another car in the future. I know I would be in safe hands and get a decent piece of kit with no worries or stress. Thanks a lot guys. Keep up the good work! :-) **UPDATE** Had a slight issue with the car after about 6-7 weeks of having it. Nothing to do with the garage, just an age related thing where the telematics battery was flat and needed replacing. Phoned BMW who quoted me 499 for this privilege.get stuffed. I dont even want this feature on the car if Im honest (SOS call system) but Im held to ransom over this by the manufacturer. Another money making scam by BMW. Phoned the garage, Kevin and Simon both assured me that they could get the part for 22 and its actually a quick fix. They did it all complimentary and had it done within 15 mins. Another amazing service. Goes to show and prove my point about minefield and people having you over. What would I actually be BMW for to do this??? Well done BHG. Keep doing what youre doing!!! :-)

Fantastic garage! I bought my first car from here almost 5 years ago and have been a customer ever since. My car is serviced here and the staff are friendly and helpful. I recently purchased a second car and would like to thank Jacky, Katy and Raj for their help. A big thank you to Jonathan who went above and beyond in helping me with a problem. One of the best car dealerships around, from the moment I spoke to them the customer service was amazing. I was meant to pick up an Honda but due to family emergency I could not pick it up and they return my 100 depot I was surprise to get the money back due to the fact I was away for two months

I purchased a car from them about 4 months ago and they were very helpful. Something went wrong with the car and they repaired it immediately and were very happy and helpful. Would 100% recommend.

I am very much driven by reviews in order to solidify my decision in a purchase or service. After finding a car that I was interested in found on AutoTrader, I did some research, read the reviews and decided that the car was worth a look, it was just under and hours drive away from my home. I went on my own on a Sunday morning, the car was clean, tidy and in excellent condition just as the advert described. Simon was very friendly (and not your usual pushy salesman , which was nice!). I was offered to test drive the car on my own and for as a long as I got bored, just had to provide my driving licence for the honour, nice touch. I was in two minds with what I should do and there was no pressure from Simon at all, as my partner was away with work I had a conversation with him on the phone then decided to think about it whilst driving back home, hoping the car wouldn't go in this time! The journey home was enough to make a decision as I was offered a new service and MOT if I purchased the car and the mileage was nice and low too. I called and placed a deposit as soon as I got home! We had arranged for me to collect the car on Weds afternoon but I ended up going along first thing Weds morning so I could get on with my day, Kevin picked me up from the closest train station which was nice and saved on cab fare! I decided to purchase a 3 year warranty and again, this was not pushed to me as something that I 'must' do and to boost their sales, they advised it was up to me. All in all, I've never reviewed a car purchase before and I have bought a few from main dealers so not to say I haven't been able to. I think they deserve the good review and would highly recommend them. Would I buy another car from them again? Without a doubt! :) Thanks BHG for your great service!
