Either the actual brick hadnt arrived or Ive been scammed.

All communications I received appear to be automated including 3 demands for payment even though I had paid! Eventually got my 3 samples but I could tell straight away they wouldnt match as none of them were weathered and too bright a colour. There was no human communication to suggest that they had considered the makes of brick I had suggested and why they were not part of the samples sent.
I sent my unhappy response plus pictures but I just got another automated email asking for money and not answering any of my concerns raised. Was an actual human reading them? I refused to pay more as they had not matched my bricks. Asked for a human to call me but its been about a week now and not a peep.
I've ended up going to a nearby neighbour who had a recent extension and asked what bricks they used. Funnily enough it was a local weathered brick similar to what I had suggested.
Why I didn't think of that in the first place instead of wasting my 30? Clearly I am the fool!!!!
