Asked and paid for a brick sample and was sent a photo and data sheet of the brick. Either the actual brick hadnt arrived or Ive been scammed.

I had high hopes but went down hill fast. Paid my 30 and filled in forms with suggestions of possible bricks it could be considering I live a few miles from a local brickwork that was in production when my house was built. My house is nearly 100 years old, so I suggested likely to need weathered bricks. All communications I received appear to be automated including 3 demands for payment even though I had paid! Eventually got my 3 samples but I could tell straight away they wouldnt match as none of them were weathered and too bright a colour. There was no human communication to suggest that they had considered the makes of brick I had suggested and why they were not part of the samples sent. I sent my unhappy response plus pictures but I just got another automated email asking for money and not answering any of my concerns raised. Was an actual human reading them? I refused to pay more as they had not matched my bricks. Asked for a human to call me but its been about a week now and not a peep. I've ended up going to a nearby neighbour who had a recent extension and asked what bricks they used. Funnily enough it was a local weathered brick similar to what I had suggested. Why I didn't think of that in the first place instead of wasting my 30? Clearly I am the fool!!!!

Website looked great, and within a few days a sample arrived from a Brick Supplier. This is where the issues began. The brick match was way off, and the person dealing with the request left the company. It is difficult to get anyone over the phone after that, and I must have rang 7-8 times, and spoke to someone 2-3 times. I was promised a call back to help get a more appropriate match, and on the third attempt I got the call back, saying we'll call you back with an better brick match in the hour. Still no good after weeks. Keep the money guys, just hope you don't take money off people that need it.
