I would like to thank all at Hatfield group1 Audi from the receptionists through to the sales managers for the first class service I received when purchasing my A5 . Mo jhetam could not have been more helpful and special thanks to Andy Paine who went above and beyond to help a nervous customer even taking the time to give me a courtesy call days later to make sure I was happy and is there anything else he can help with . First class this is why I chose Audi I would highly recommend Hatfield group1 Audi .

Thank you Luke in the Service team for dealing with me and my 18' Audi S3 recently. Very helpful in booking the vehicle in for campaign recall. Always in touch every step of the way and extremely friendly and polite. Also big thanks to my vehicle technician Asad who carried out all the works on the car and covered all the details in Audi Cam review, he was very helpful and clear when giving a report of the car and made sure any issues were cleared and sorted before it was taken for MOT. Which subsequently the car passed no problems. Very happy overall with experience at Hatfield Audi and will no doubt return for any future dealings with my current car or future Audi's. Cheers

I booked a test drive online. When I turned up the salesman did not know which cars in the model I wanted were available for test drive. After I found a suitable vehicle on their website, he was then unable to find the keys after an extended search. I left after half an hour with zero confidence that I would buy a car from this place. To give Hatfield Audi credit, the receptionist did apologise, explaining that they had some staff sickness that day, and made me a coffee while I was waiting around. Overall though this does not make up for the fact that I wasted a chunk of my day attempting and failing to do a test drive here.
