Such helpful people. My Jotul 3 has been going strong for 27 years and required a backplate and baffle,I called Opies and Giles would call me back once he had checked his stock,true to his word he returned the call and yes it was part of his old stock. I found Opies to be most helpful, keeping me informed and updated. Great service.

Giles from Opies is a legend! Brilliant customer service and decades of knowledge, nothing has been too much! We have a unique old property and were concerned about a number of things but Giles came and tested everything, ensured our Chimneys were safe and insulated and advised us on all the suitable log burners and installation. Brilliant! 5 Stars
