Appalling My husband was neglected. He wasn't given drinks, as he couldn't walk to drinks to get his own. He wasn't cleaned, when he went to toilet, so bad that he was bleeding and couldn't sit down. He didn't have a shower or wasn't washed . His teeth we're not cleaned. He needs help with all this. He didn't get any help while being in the care home. I was often told to go into the office when visiting as I visited every day. One day I arrived and nobody was with the residents. I saw dirty incontinent pads on the floor in the day room.
