I cannot recommend Rachel enough! From the moment we arrived for our newborn shoot she made me feel comfortable and at ease, both from seeing the set up of props that she had listened to what we wanted and also by safely and carefully handling our 8 day old baby. Rachel is so professional, warm, friendly and an absolute perfectionist - her attention to detail is off the scale! Rachel is fantastic at coming back to you on any questions you may have and turned our beautiful photos around so quickly!! We had a gorgeous and emotional presentation of all the pictures and Rachels expert knowledge and experience helped us make the perfect selection and package. I had the best experience with Rachel and have the most wonderful photos of my new born little boy! Myself and my wife saw Rachels amazing photography whilst waiting for a private scan at boobabyscan at Bishop Stortford and i knew immediately i wanted Rachel to take our babys photos! The whole experience from contacting Rachel to receiving our stunning photos was so easy! Rachel made us feel so welcome at the photo shoot, her attention to detail is outstanding!
