        I am a portfolio landlord and have been working with Steve Olejnik since 2016 to source the most appropriate mortgage and remortgage finance for my buy to let portfolio. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable while remaining very approachable and unambiguous in his explanations. We have worked together on over 25 buy to let mortgage transactions and Steve has always been able to get me the right deal and been able to clearly demonstrate the benefits of one mortgage deal over another, which is crucial in my view when choosing a Property Finance Advisor. My Limited Company applications can sometimes generate complications for lenders but Steve has always been able to work directly with the lenders to clarify the circumstances and secure a successful outcome to the mortgage applications. Steve makes the whole process so much easier; I dont go anywhere else now!
