You need to get a proper booking system the 8am phone and hold for an hour is not acceptable for people working and kids at school, made worse when no appointments are available after wasting an hour. This is stressful for everyone patients, parents and admin please find a solution.

It seems to be getting worse and worse. They basically have too many patients for the size of the surgery and cant cope. Staff are fine, just in the front line of a badly managed surgery. Its the surgery manager that is at fault for not sorting it out. They say they want feedback but what they really need is better management! Amd a system that works better. Many have offered to go in and help streamline things . But it falls on deaf ears, sadly. . Im looking at online surgery now, which is one of the things this surgery needs to use to clear daily appointments. Ive seen too many old people come in there , after making a huge effort to get there, just to be told to come back tomorrow at 8! I bet half of them cant get up and be ready early enough for that. Shoddy management ...but drs and staff nice usually. It must be so negative working there too! Turning everyone away because you know the practice manager is rubbish and not fixing much.

Extremely hard to get sons medication onetime even with 3 week notice and get emergency appointments to sit in an empty waiting room for 40 minit and still not be seen

My partner took my daughter to be seen for aspected tonsillitis after being seen by one doctor she was told to go straight to hospital because her temperature was 40 degrees but for then another doctor to come in and basically say she doesnt need to go and after my partner asking what she should do at this point his reply well what do you want me to do about it Well obviously help thats your job !! And to be smirking under your mask is very unprofessional im sure if I was there you would not of found it so funny Absolutely disgusting attitude from the doctor
