        After a faultless online order and delivery, 6 months later my purchase developed a fault (2 year manufacturer warranty). Webury dealt with this for me - a little hiccup seeing as it was a while since the purchase, but all rectified quickly. Excellent service wouldn't hesitate to use again. Thank you.

        Unfortunately their e-com is very slow and unresponsive. I didnt get a confirmation email and no one has answered my emails for almost a month. But the order is on its way, I hope!?

        I had a problem with a pair of boots that I purchased. The team at Webury were fantastic and resolved it within a couple of days replacing the boots with little fuss. Will definitely use again - thank you Grace and Tricia.

        Great service from this company. I ordered the Baleno Kensington coat but had to exchange for a smaller size. I telephoned first and was given very good advice on the sizing of this coat. The coat is top quality and well worth the money. Thanks Webury for a fast service.
