Birchwood Camping

Lovely small quiet campsite. I had a short get-away to the Welsh Marches and used Birchwood Camping as my base. The facilities are new and very attractive. Looking forward to a visit in the summer!

Birchwood is a fantastic site in the Herefordshire countryside. We had a lovely warm welcome from the owners, Alison and Melvyn. We stayed on the campervan pitch. The site is small, in number of pitches (10 or so) but large in terms of space. The facilities were spotlessly clean and the hot shower was great! Lovely campsite that we will return to as well as reccommend to others!

Absolutely wonderful! Very welcoming host, picturesque high grass field with mowed down camp spots which are ecstatically pleasing. There's a nice forest with a little creek on site and many wildflowers. If you are granted one of those rare clear skies you will be able to witness the most beautiful star nights and even see the milkyway with the naked eye. If you are into natural and tranquil camping, but with very nice facilities, this is as good as it gets. Thank you Melvyn, we had a wonderful stay!

This is a wonderful campsite. Spacious, clean and very well cared for. Alison and Melvyn were welcoming and made us feel at home. We had a perfect weekend. Thank you!

Really lovely little campsite, with individual pitches mowed into the meadows. Peaceful location, we loved listening to the owls hooting at night. Facilities were great - lovely hot showers and having fridge access is really handy. Owners really friendly and helpful. Hope to return soon!
